The Napoli Oven

Our authentic Neapolitan pizza is very different from a normal pizza. Simple, fresh ingredients, Caputo 00 wheat flour, baked for just 60–90 seconds and topped with San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte from Italy. The result: a crisp, airy, bubbly crust with more sauce than cheese — the way Napoli does it.
