Our authentic Neapolitan pizza is something apart. Simple, fresh ingredients — Caputo 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte from Italy — baked for just 60–90 seconds in our traditional in-house Napoli oven for a crisp, airy, leopard-spotted crust.
